Doctor Who Crossover (Part 1)

"This started as a sort of Doctor Who fanfic, but it quickly became a much more complicated crossover.
This might be one of the few things on this blog that I finish on this blog, as I don't know where else I would post it." -Casey

Nightfall on the streets of London was never really all that dark. The bright lights of the city bathed every street in a dim glow. This otherwise typical night was interrupted by a tall man in a long black coat running down the streets from three other men in suits. Citizens dove out of the  way of the other three men because they were brandishing guns as they shouted for their target to stop. The tall man in the coat ran on in spite of their warnings, his stride and ability to weave through the crowd gaining him distance.
He veered into an alleyway and was almost completely obscured by the shadows thanks to his black coat and dark hair. Keeping up his fast pace, he leaped into the air and caught hold of a suspended fire escape ladder. He swung his feet out and over his head in one quick motion and successfully flipped himself onto the fire escape, where he continued his retreat up towards the rooftops.
A gun shot rang out and the man flinched back from a spark that ignited rather close to his head. He glanced back, his pale blue eyes catching the light, as his pursuers entered the alley shouting "Freeze!"
He didn't stop, he climbed onto the roof and dashed across the flat surface of the gravel in his jackboots. He heard a couple more shots ring out, but he kept his gaze fixed before him. Directly ahead was the edge of the roof and a slanted tile roof beyond that. The man quickened his pace and leaped across the gap easily though he fell forward because of a loose tile beneath his feet. The man groaned as he lifted his head from the clay tiles and found the mussel of a gun pointed directly in his face.
He looked up, brushing his slick black hair away from his eyes, to find a woman dressed in a black suit holding the gun to his face with a satisfied smirk. The man sighed with a wide smile and shook his head.
"You're very good, I must say," he admitted as he slowly got to his knees, the tiles below him shifting. He steadied himself and then touched his hand to his lower lip, which was now bleeding. He looked at the blood on his fingers with his eyes narrowed in disbelief.
The other men that had been chasing him were now behind him on the apartment rooftop, their guns trained on him.
"I don't suppose that there's anyway we can end this with you lowering your guns and letting me walk away, is there?" the prisoner asked.
"I'd die before I let you escape," the woman replied fiercely as another man in a suit emerged from the other side of the tile roof.
"Well, that settles things, doesn't it?" the man in the long black coat sighed as he slowly put his hands behind his head. The man behind the woman reached into his vest pocket and pulled out a syringe that contained a clear liquid.
"Oh, could we not do the needle?" the man asked casually, trying not to shrink back from the needle. "I'd much rather you smash in my face with the butt of your gun honestly."
"That would be such a shame," the woman sighed, brushing back her loose blond hair. "You are terribly hansom."
The man with the syringe stepped forward and injected the sedative into the man's neck. As the serum began to take effect, the man in the coat shook his head and blinked rapidly in an attempt to keep himself awake.
The woman before him smiled with her eyes narrowed before she swung her gun and knocked the man back against the roof with the butt of her gun. He lay silently before her as her partner pulled out his handcuffs to retrain their prisoner. The woman holstered her weapon and batted her blue-gray eyes at the man.
"But I suppose you'll be with us long enough for that to heal," she shrugged. "Welcome to London, Doctor."
